The Role
Our recent expansion and opening of three new venues has seen our company grow exponentially - to support this, we’re seeking a People & Culture Administrator to help coordinate our day-to-day people processes.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our James St head office team, supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee experience, while keeping communication flowing across venues, candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, well-run People & Culture function.

Qualifications + Experience
- Experience in a HR or administration role within hospitality highly regarded!
- Exposure to onboarding, recruitment or employee lifecycle support
- Comfortable with HRIS and ATS systems, or with a willingness to learn
- Highly organised, demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced industry
- Warm, confident communicator with a people-first approach
- Proactive, reliable and naturally solutions-focused
- High level of discretion and professionalism
This role is well suited to someone with frontline service experience, ready to step into an office-based position where they can build on their administrative skills. You’ll be joining a team of passionate hospitality people who are excited to have you on board!
