The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to join our Head Office team and lead the technology environment across our growing hospitality group. This role is responsible for ensuring our systems, infrastructure and data platforms are secure, reliable and built to scale. Working closely with our operations, finance and leadership teams, you’ll own the end-to-end technology ecosystem from core systems and integrations through to infrastructure, cybersecurity and reporting. This is a true player-coach role, suited to someone who enjoys setting strategy and roadmaps while remaining closely involved in hands-on delivery and problem-solving. The key responsibilities include: 

• Owning and delivering Anyday’s technology roadmap in line with business needs and growth plans
• Managing and integrating core systems including POS, rostering, HR, accounting and inventory platforms
• Ensuring high availability and reliability of critical systems across all venues
• Leading infrastructure and network design for both existing venues and new openings
• Establishing and maintaining business intelligence and reporting to support operational decision-making
• Implementing and overseeing cybersecurity controls, device management and data protection
• Managing technology vendors, partners and service providers
• Providing hands-on support, particularly during high-impact or time-sensitive situations
• Experience with Google Workspace will be highly regarded
