The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis, supporting logistics and stock control operations across our busy hospitality precinct in Brisbane's CBD. The role will focus on stock management, deliveries, and storage areas with efficiency and consistency, while upholding high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who can work both automatically and as part of a team, providing dependable and organised logistical support. This role offers approximately 20-25 hours per week and requires availability to work a roster that includes weekend.

• Support venue teams with timely and accurate stock fulfilment
• Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety standards
• Uphold professional communication and strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Oversee waste management, recycling, and environmentally responsible disposal
• Manage stock movements, storage, and internal distribution across multiple venues
• Perform routine manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and storing stock safely
