The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Events & Guest Relations Coordinator to join our exceptional team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior events or reservations experience who is eager to develop in their career. This role would entail working autonomously and being detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication.  With a focus on responsiveness, service, and brand alignment - you will be a key member of the Events and Guest Relations teams, managing a seamless journey for guests for both events and reservations. 

The Responsibility  

• Manage incoming events and reservation enquiries via phone and email.
• End-to-end event coordination for in-venue and off-site functions. 
• Ensure every guest journey, whether booking an event or dining in, is seamless and memorable
• Handle events and bookings via sevenrooms and tripleseat 
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally 
• Process payments and handle voucher management
• Liaise with the broader venue teams in advance regarding any events or guests special requests

The Prerequisites 

• Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• The ability to work autonomously on delegated tasks
• Detailed-orientated and highly organised
• Previous experience in hospitality FOH, events, or guest services roles
• Familiarity with SevenRooms, Tripleseat, or similar CRM/reservation platforms
