The Role

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for driving proactive recruitment strategies and delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience across the business. This role partners closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, source top talent, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business growth, culture, and workforce plans.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation, award conditions, and visa sponsorship processes.
• Understanding of hospitality talent both locally and internationally
• Shaping the candidate experience led by warmth, humility and integrity
